Free File Review
Not sure if you're putting file elements together properly for commercial printing? We'll check the file in advance at no cost and let you know what you might want to consider adjusting. By doing this before you place an order, you'll avoid last-minute delays and unexpected costs. We'd be happy to do a file check at any time during the planning process. Just e-mail prepress@morganpress.com and in the Subject line type "Free File Review" so we know it's coming. We'll tell you how to upload the file to our FTP site. You'll receive a call within 48 hours to go over the review. If you need it sooner, just let us know!

Helpful Checklist for Designers
Before sending artwork files, please refer to our Design to Print Checklist (in PDF format) to double-check and review your document construction and artwork elements prior to submission. Projects are quoted as "output ready"; time spent editing and adjusting files is billable.

Common Folds & Folding Allowance Reference Chart
If you're creating brochures with folded panels, the artwork may need to be realigned for proper folding. Here's a visual reference chart in PDF format showing all the different folds and how much each panel should be resized, if at all.

Graphics Software & Hardware Supported

Microsoft Publisher and Word files also are accepted. Please call for details, because these files will require additional steps to prepare them for commercial printing. If you don't see your program listed here, please call for instructions before sending files.
