Environmentally-friendly Printing
Envirnmentally-friendly printing is done on our waterless direct-imaging (DI) 4-color press. The DI process eliminates hazardous waste materials right up to the final step.

• Plates are imaged directly on the press. No film or film processing is required, eliminating the need for chemistry and heavy metal disposal in our waste stream.
• Fountain solutions are eliminated since the DI process is a waterless offset system, resulting in a cleaner production environment.
• Less paper is wasted in the makeready process (several hundred sheets less on the average job compared to conventional printing), lowering print costs and reducing the recycling burden on our environment.
